Andrew is a Vice President at Black Iron Advisors, where he advises clients and leads all phases of the transaction process.
Prior to joining Black Iron Advisors, Andrew served as Vice President at FMI Capital Advisors, an industrials-focused Investment Bank, where he managed sell-side transaction execution across the sector. He also played a pivotal role in business development, fostering key relationships and expanding the firm's opportunity set.
Before jumping into the world of investment banking, Andrew served EY as a Senior Analyst in the Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy group, providing advisory services to public, private, and government clients on critical initiatives, including liquidity enhancement, cash-flow forecasting, strategic planning, and comprehensive financial and operational crisis management.
In the earlier stages of his career, Andrew worked as an Advisory Consultant at National Planning Holdings and as an Internal Business Consultant at Curian Capital, managing private-wealth relationships and leading strategic sales initiatives.
A Colorado native, he has volunteered his time with local non-profit organizations over the years, serving the Leadership Committee for Judi’s House and working behind the scenes as a financial analyst for the Denver Children’s Home. Andrew holds a B.A. in Communication Studies and a Master of Management Practice from Colorado State University.

A tennis fanatic, Andrew has attended the US Open in New York the last seven years with plans to continue the tradition annually.
